After living and working in Pakistan for over 17 years, more than half my career in the World Bank, I retired. My love for Pakistan made me start this coffee company. I travelled to many locations to find some of the best beans available in the world, and then purchased top of the line coffee roasting machines to start the Green Bean Coffee Company (Pvt.) Limited.
I could not have done this without finding a motivated and competent CEO, who I found in Fauzia Uzair, one of the founders of the company.
We built a modern coffee processing plant in Islamabad and began to find customers for our coffee. We have built up a very loyal base of customers, including individual households, cafes, hotels, and retail stores, first in Islamabad, and then in other parts of Pakistan.
All of our marketing depended on word of mouth, since we were a very small company. Nevertheless, our sales increased exponentially each year. Now we are ready to expand and to serve coffee lovers all over Pakistan.
We have created this web store that delivers all over Pakistan, so that coffee lovers in Pakistan, no matter where they are located, can enjoy the satisfaction of high quality, fresh roasted coffee in the roasts and grinds of their choice.
