Description
All of our coffees come from the Arabica coffee variety.. They have a strong aroma, a chocolate and sweet taste, full body and leave a bright and brisk impression. There have a very pleasant aftertaste, reinforcing their chocolate. They are nicely balanced, the sweetness offsetting the acidity. They leave a clean, complex, earthy and sweet impression on the tongue. All of these characteristics benefit greatly from fresh roasting, fresh grinding and fresh brewing.
